Humiliating and embarrassing experience. 5 associates and 2 managers refused to give me a large PLASTIC BAG to put in all the items that I’m picking up. I even offered to pay. I was forced to walk with $1000 worth of merchendise up to my neck while people starred and asked questions. I might be exaggerating but someone could have easily robbed me, bumped into me or stole my packages.
It’s December 21 and I had to park all the way at the parking garage across Trump because there’s absolutely no parking. I was picking up 8 packages for 8 PAYING customers. Dick’s refused to give me a PLASTIC BAG because I’m not a customer, or a paying customer.
I literally had to walk across the mall with 8 packages in my lap. Alarms were ringing, and people were starting at me from the moment I left Dick’s until I got to my car. Some people even asked if I’m ok not to mention I almost tripped and fell on the escalator because I couldn’t see my feet. It was very uncomfortable walking with $1000 worth of merchandise and everyone starring. All because of a PLASTIC BAG…… A BAG!!!!
Sephora, Macy’s, etc, they all give you bags for crying out loud!!!! It’s PAID FOR METCHEBDISE.
Dick’s pretty much always has what you need for sports and the generic outdoors. This two story location is attached to a larger shopping mall with ample parking. Don't get confused by typing in Dick’s into Maps and accidentally navigating to the nearby Dick’s Last resort! They're very close and you may end up at the wrong one.
Balvin helped me from the moment I walked in til the final purchase. Polite and professional. He made sure I was happy with my purchase. Balvin was sincerely happy for me, too. I will definitely come back for the great customer service.

I’m a local and thought twice about shopping at this location because it’s on the strip however I’m glad I did. As soon as I entered I was greeted with a smile by Daurice he was so nice and asked if I needed help finding anything he was very knowledgeable of products sold and location in store. Upon leaving I checked out with him where he recommended other products but advised me not to worry about my purchase that if I’m not happy there won’t be a problem returning or exchanging. I appreciate people like him he really made my shopping experience a great one. Thanks Daurice truly one of a kind!!
Dick's Sporting Goods at the Fashion Show in Las Vegas is where I go to get my outdoor sports equipment. Helpful customer service and easy to get to from the attached parking garage.
